A clear, honest service list. We do the ordinary departure tidying you would otherwise do on your last morning — nothing more, nothing hidden.
Included in every package
- Wash or load ordinary dishes
- Wipe kitchen counters and dining surfaces
- Bag ordinary household trash
- Place trash in the property's designated disposal area
- Sweep or vacuum visible sand in high-traffic areas
- Straighten furniture and common spaces
- Place used towels where the host requests
- Complete reasonable host checkout tasks within the reserved time
- Turn off specified lights or appliances when instructed
- Check that ordinary departure areas appear neat
- Provide a completed service checklist
- Provide private completion photographs when authorized
What this service does not include
- Full turnover cleaning for the next guest
- Changing beds or supplying fresh linens
- Laundry unless separately approved
- Deep cleaning
- Mold, bodily fluids, needles, dangerous chemicals or biohazards
- Heavy stains or professional carpet cleaning
- Pest treatment
- Moving or packing personal belongings
- Concealing, repairing or misrepresenting property damage
- Cleaning caused by unauthorized parties, events, smoking or pets
- Work requiring ladders or unsafe equipment
- Entering without permission
- Any guarantee regarding a host's rating or review
If we discover a condition that is unsafe or far beyond the package selected, we will pause, document the issue where permitted, and contact you before proceeding.
