Photo Policy
Completion photographs are optional, private, and only ever of approved surfaces.

Consent first
We take completion photographs only when you give separate, optional consent during booking. You can decline and still receive the completed checklist.
What we photograph
- Approved property surfaces such as counters, sinks, floors and disposal areas
- Conditions we must document before pausing work, where permitted
What we never photograph
- People
- Personal documents, identification or payment cards
- Your belongings, bags or valuables
- Anything intended to conceal or misrepresent damage
Storage and sharing
Photographs are stored in private storage and shared only through secure links that expire. They are never published, used in marketing or shown publicly.
Retention
Photographs are deleted 30 days after service completion by default. This retention period is configurable by the business and will be stated here if it changes. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
