Cancellation Policy
Plans change on holiday. These draft rules are meant to be fair in both directions.
Draft for review. This document is a working draft prepared for the owner of Clean Checkout Aruba. It must be reviewed and approved by the owner and by an Aruba legal advisor before publication. It is not legal advice.
Draft rules
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before service: full refund
- Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before service: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before service: non-refundable
- Cancellation by Clean Checkout Aruba: full refund
- If payment has not yet been collected: no cancellation charge
- Refund timing depends on the payment provider
- No-access situations may be treated as a late cancellation
- Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually
How to cancel
Reply to your confirmation email or message us with your booking reference. All timings use Aruba time (UTC-4, no daylight saving).
If we cancel
If we cannot deliver your service, you receive a full refund of anything already paid, and we will tell you as early as we can.
