Privacy Policy

• Your name, email address and telephone or WhatsApp number
• The property address, unit number and access notes you provide
• Your requested date, checkout time and preferred start time
• The checkout instructions and any files you choose to upload
• Permission status and, where applicable, written unattended-entry authorization
• Booking, payment status and service history records

We never ask for your accommodation-platform password, account access, reservation security codes, card numbers, passport or government identification.

To confirm availability, verify host permission, dispatch a cleaner, complete the agreed tasks, request payment, answer your questions and keep accurate business records.

Our administrators can access the records needed to operate the service. Assigned cleaners can see only the job they are assigned to, and never payment records or unrelated guest information. Access instructions become unavailable once a job is completed.

We use third-party providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery and payment processing. They process information only on our instructions. [PLACEHOLDER: list the approved providers once confirmed.]

Completion photographs are taken only if you authorize them, only of approved property surfaces, and never of people or personal documents. They are stored privately and shared only through expiring links. See the Photo Policy for details.

Operational files and photographs are deleted 30 days after service completion by default. Booking and payment records may be retained longer where accounting or legal obligations require it.

Booking with us never subscribes you to marketing messages. Any future marketing requires a separate, unchecked opt-in.
